i watched several depressing movies in a row: not one after the other but looking at the sequence it doesn’t look good…...
Rosemary’s baby.
Don’t look now.
and i’ve got Death in Venice lined up….. bejesus!
among the others was Spinal Tap and The Bostonians, and Walk the Line.
Went with my daughter to see Coraline (v. good!) and keep missing The Last Tycoon when it’s on, so that is on the list.
For some reason, probably a perfectly reasonable one, i am finding J. Pheonix quite watchable.

Rosemary’s baby.

Death in Venice

The first one really scared me (as it is really has a bad atmosphere), the second one finally bored me much…

So, Death in venice may be boring…
God, I hope I don’t totally relate to it, as I read somewhere it was about choice of a homosexual love object as a response to a dying culture.Steady on, note to self, avoid overdramatisation of life circumstances,i.e. don’t wallow.
On the other hand watching crapola ( or el junko americano, as my father calls it), such as Mathew McConaughey movies is something to be deeply ashamed of (but nevertheless continue to do).Saw a bit of Valley of the Dolls, which blew my mind, and was boring at the same time.
Rosemary’s Baby is ideal watching prior to a visit home, especially if your family is dysfunctional, even mildly so.it will give you insight into your paranoia.

Don’t look now.

What a great and strange movie. It gives me the creeps every time I see it.

‘Ghost Town’
‘Lifeforce’
‘The Stepfather’

went to the cinema (HOW much for 1 ticket?! jeeez, anyways…) and saw
Angels and Demons
I prefered it to the Da Vinci code. But then I like ‘solve a puzzle before someone dies’ type film.

Before that I watched the Bone Collector…

Might go see Milk today.
