The Young Gods
The Borderline
10/06/2008

A Swiss Industrial Band. Never seen ‘em acoustic before, but have seen the full on production on 3 occasions. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was incredibly impressed. They were superb. Played for about 100 minutes.

A great band both electric and acoustic.

(at the risk of being hated by Jennie for a bit longer raspberry )

Foo Fighters
Wembley Stadium
07/06/2008

Last minute rush to get spare (free) tickets and get to Wembley. Supported by The Futureheads (Hounds Of Love was fun but i didn’t know anything from albums 2 and 3 so i got a bit bored) and Supergrass (always fun even though the sound was rubbish). Foo Fighters were fantastic. And they made my year by bringing on Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones for two songs (wooohoooo). What was annoying was the 4 lads next to me (who looked about 12 but were getting served alcohol so assuming they were older) didn’t have a clue who JP and JPJ were and were looking at me singing along as if I was stupid!

Rufus Wainwright - in Warsaw (11.04.2008)
He is so nice guy… and very talented of course smile It was solo performance - only he, guitar and piano - night full of emotions.

6th June 2008.
The Notwist.
ICA London.
Love that venue.

Best Boxer gig I’ve been to was there.
Especially with Redjetson as support.
Although I fucking hate Pure Reason Revolution.
Bad choice of support there.
